VINCI Facilities secures Transport for London and London Underground maintenance contracts

VINCI Facilities has reinforced its position as a key service provider in the transport and infrastructure sector with the recent award, 14th November 2011, of two facilities management contracts for Transport for London and London Underground.

The Facilities Management contracts include parts of the corporate and operational estate’s providing Service Desk, HVAC, M&E, Building Fabric, Soft and Security Services.  The contract is set for a five year period.

VINCI Facility’s approach, combining robust asset management delivered by bespoke operational CAFM systems and a dynamic approach to labour and resource allocation, demonstrated key deliverables of the invitation to tender.
